Philosophy in life: "Since I went blind, I can see better." Mr. Romualdo C. San Pascual is known in the Philippines as the “Bulagkaster” (the blind broadcaster). He reaches a large listenership with the Philippine masses in the native Tagalog language and is very well respected as someone who pursued his mission in life through radio broadcasting despite losing his eyesight in an accident many years ago.
